Scott has over 10 years of recruitment experience and prides himself on his integrity & honesty. Steve is our Head of Finance. He oversees all our financial systems and has a passion for process improvement incorporating operational and Reporting systems. Believe it or not he’s also incredibly fun to work with.

Katie is a huge support not just to us here at SustainAbility but also to the wider SustainGroup! As Finance Manager she oversees performance reporting and works closely with the directors to ensure compliance.

As a CPA, Rita is our very own payroll superstar. She looks after everything ‘accounting’ for us here at SustainAbility as well as for our sister company Lotus People.

As a CPA, Victoria works across the entire SustainGroup to identify needs and analyse data to provide information that drives business effectiveness. Additionally, she provides vital support to the wider Finance Team with an emphasis on payroll and accounts receivable.

Monina is a massive support to our sales and admin team at SustainAbility. With her skills & knowledge, Monina plays a big part in helping the team succeed in putting the best candidates forward. She is a go-getter with exceptional multitasking skills who always delivers her best work under pressure.
