Two new opportunities have become available for support analysts who like to have fun and know how to get things done.
You will be providing application support to customers who use their web applications. We're looking for someone with solid customer service experience and a good technical grounding.
As a guideline, you should be familiar with supporting a Windows environment and any knowledge of web hosting environments would be advantageous. If you are handy with SQL queries, that's a bonus too.

Salary range for this opportunity is between $45K - $50K + Super
