SustainAbility Consulting were established in early 2008 by 2 of the most experienced recruiters in their respective markets in Sydney, focused on the IT & Finance sectors.  Having been one of the few to grow through the downturn, we have recently moved into spacious new offices overlooking circular quay and are ready for phase 2 of our expansion! 

We are seeking a resourcer/candidate manager to support our experienced IT recruiters in their endeavours to source and qualify the most capable IT specialists in what is becoming an increasingly tight candidate market.

The ideal candidate will have:

• a university degree in commerce, information systems or similar
• some experience with and/or understanding of IT systems terminology
• experience in client facing sales and/or customer service positions
• excellent phone manner, communication and presentation skills
• the right combination of ethics and tenacity
