The Company
Working for a highly profitable division of a large property company who are currently experiencing massive growth. They are looking for a high calibre management accountant to assist with a number of key investment projects they have recently secured.

The Role
  Responsible for producing month end management packs and providing commentary as required. Assist in producing rolling budgets and forecasts, conducting ad-hoc financial analysis on investment appraisals as required. Assist with any additional fiance duties as and when required. You will be used to working in a team environment and must have impeccable communication skills.
 
The Candidate
To be successful in this position you will be a newly qualified CA/CPA/CIMA accountant, who is confident in dealing with financial & non-financial staff and be comfortable working in an energetic and dynamic company. Any previous experience gained working in a property company would be considered highly beneficial.
