There is an opportunity for a Level 1 helpdesk technician to provide support to their internal users. My client is a well respected professional services company who are based in the CBD.

The right candidate will have an IT related certification as well as 1 year or more in an IT support environment. You will be supporting a Microsoft Windows environment that is refreshed at least every three years.

Salary will depend on the candidate but the range is $50 - $55K package. They have a strong culture of promoting from within. This means that you'll be in a great job with future opportunities to grow within the organisation.
