The Company
Our client is an internationally known professional services firm based in the heart of Sydney CBD. They are looking to recruit a number of experienced credit controller's for their expanding team. You will be working from their prestigious offices based in Sydney and be part of a pro-active and dynamic team who are responsible for the entire collections process.  It is essential that any candidate interested in this role is happy to work in a dynamic and target driven environment and be happy with a high volume collections role.

The Role
Reporting into the Credit Manager, your duties will include -
  • Collection calls of outstanding debts - in excess of 40 outgoing calls per day.
  • Working through the companies aged debtor list.
  • Collecting debt ranging from 30,60, 90 days.
  • Prioritise accounts and report back on a weekly basis.
  • To assist with the processing of new business schedules  
  • Liaison with external information suppliers  
  • Direct approaches to buyers for requests for information 
  • Daily processing of limit endorsements 
  • Other duties and ad hoc projects as directed by the General Manager where appropriate training has been provided 
Your Profile
In order to be considered for this role you will ideally have:-
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Minimum 2-3 years full function collections experience.
  • Previous experience gained working in a professional service/telecommunication organisation would be advantageous.
