A well established and distinctive force in the Australian market, this well respected international financial services company provides investment, insurance, corporate & business banking and asset finance services to a wide client base.  

Due to an internal promotion they are now seeking an experienced 'strategically minded' finance manager to partner the business banking area by providing financial information and business advice.

More specifically you will:

• Analyse historical business performance to enable contribution to forward looking business decisions.
• Assess business opportunities by providing sound financial advice
• Analyse and explain the financial performance of the business
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis
• Add value to process improvements involving the reporting, planning and analysis processes
• Participate in strategic projects and business case development

A strategic thinker with a high level accounting qualification, you are a well respected finance business manager or senior management accountant, with a proven track record of delivering sound and high quality analytical support and advice to a business unit.

A level of experience within retail banking or wealth management is preferred. You will possess strong communication skills coupled with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels.
