Finance Manager - With roots in financial services that span over 100 years, covering wholesale and transactional banking services; this employer of choice is one of Australia's mid tier providers of integrated financial services.

A new and exciting opportunity has emerged for an experienced finance manager to take responsibility for the management reporting and analysis for the business by providing management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, insights and analysis. Managing a small team of finance professionals you will:

• Manage all aspects of the accounting process including data quality, p&l reporting, performance, KPI's and non financial metrics.
• Provide insightful analysis, financial advice and commercial acumen.
• Manage budgeting & periodic forecasting process.
• Provide accounting advice on new products.
• Provide advice & support to financial controls environment.
• Develop process maps, metrics, statistics and reports as required by business.

A strategic thinker with a high level finance qualification, you are likely to be successfully managing a small finance team within a banking or financial services business. You will be looking for the next challenge and an opportunity to step up and move into a more commercial orientated, business partnership role.

With a minimum of five years experience within the financial services industry, ideally within retail or wholesale banking, you will posses strong communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels. Strong commercial, analytical and management skills are essential.
