This senior management role within the National Finance Function reports directly to the Shared Services Director of this multinational iconic services firm.  With a recent change within senior management there is renewed growth opportunities and as such this exciting position has become available.

Day to day you will be tasked with managing, mentoring and developing your team of 12, providing leadership and direction to them; analysing, planning and helping prioritise their workload whilst continuing to improve processes, procedures and accuracy.  This autonomous role requires strong communication, relationship and team building skills as well as an ambition to lead a service excellence culture.

To be successful you will have 5 years experience within AP, with 3 yrs in staff management and be focussed on staff development and building/nurturing a team focussed culture.
