This leading ASX listed organisation is a major player both domestically and internationally.  To ensure that they maintain their market position they are currently undergoing a program of change.  In light of this a new role has been created to assist the finance function with provision of information through better use of their consolidation tool - Hyperion.

The group systems accountant will be responsible for conducting business analysis around current policies and procedures and systems usage before deriving workflow maps and subsequently implementing change.  In addition you will develop and enhance the reporting suites in the Hyperion system and take responsibility for the integrity of the system.  The role will include significant project based tasks in the first 12 months as part of the wider group strategy.

In addition to strong technical accounting and systems skills (preferably Hyperion but not a prerequisite)it will be ideal if you are CPA / CA qualified, have excellent Excel skills (including VBA).  As you will be working hand in hand with the business, strong communication skills are also imperative.
