Hollie’s career started in 2009, spanning 2 continents. She’s placed hundreds of people into roles specialising in the design space and more recently digital leadership. She loves what she does and launched SustainDigital in 2016 to be different in the market – An ethical recruitment company, founded on values to give back. SustainDigital co-host EnterpriseUX meet-up with over 3000 attendees, Hollie sits on panels & leads market discussions. SustainDigital host a variety of events quarterly and always have time to advise junior talent. Hollie and SustainDigital believe in partnering closely with clients, in an transparent way that guides them on the market, finding the best global talent to help client’s scale & succeed.
