Jake Stainton has been in recruitment for 10 years, specifically focusing on senior digital & marketing talent for start-ups, scaleups and enterprise clients. He is the Associate Director of SustainDigital and leads the super-talented marketing recruitment team.
Having recruited across multiple international markets and working with world-leading organisations, Jake has a passion for pairing the best talent, with the brands. Jake holds a master’s degree in Business Analysis and Management from the University of Manchester’s prestigious business school AMBS and is fascinated by emerging technologies, with a focus on Web3.
Jake is expecting his first little bub in early Jan, so it looks like they’ll be a few sleepless years ahead... this time, not recruitment stress related.
