James Procter

James' philosophy is to make what he does matter, both in life and recruitment. Keep to your word and treat everyone with respect. James graduated from university with a degree in sports science and education. His recruitment career began in London, only after training as a data analyst. After a successful 6 years recruiting IT professionals across UK & Europe, the prospect of a new challenge without the grey skies was too good to turn down. This had led to an amazing 10 years in Sydney (and counting) where James has been fortunate enough to partner with some of Australia’s most successful startups, as well as help add to the outstanding talent within Sydney’s corporate world.

James is passionate about recruiting in the digital space, in particular all things data. In this rapidly growing marketplace, he strives to deliver an exceptional recruitment experience through understanding of the clients and candidates he works with. James manages Sustaindigitals experienced and specialised consultants across Product management, Experience Design, Data/Analytics, Mobile and Digital marketing.
